Full Application Process

Step 1: Start Your Application

The application process begins by either scanning the QR code or contacting the business directly via WhatsApp/Phone call. The client then completes the application by providing personal and contact details.

The client provides details of the vehicle they wish to pawn, including:
• Vehicle make and model
• Vehicle photos
• Estimated pawn value
• Registration details
The vehicle is then physically inspected by the Drive-It team.

The following documents are required:
• Valid identification (ID or passport)
• Bank confirmation letter
• Vehicle registration documents
• Police declaration / affidavit regarding the vehicle ownership


Original documents must be submitted at the branch prior to final approval.

The Drive-It team reviews the application, verifies all submitted information, and checks the vehicle to determine the pawn value.
Once approved, the client receives a pawn offer outlining:
• Approved pawn amount
• Pawn duration
• Service fees and applicable charges


Confirmation is provided via WhatsApp or phone call.

The client submits original documents at the branch, completes verification, and signs the pawn agreement, tracker installed.

Once the pawn agreement has been signed, the agreed pawn amount is released to the client via bank transfer.
